We may ask for your gender data to communicate with you and your age data to identify you in our systems and to determine any specific obligations (e.g., related to salary) and whether parental consent is needed.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
We retain the data of candidates (potential candidates), candidates, flexible schedule employees, internal employees of TEAM EFFECT S.R.L, employees of suppliers, beneficiaries, and other business relations for as long as they serve the purpose for which they were collected. The retention period depends on the relevance of the data for maintaining or settling our relationship and is determined based on legislation and regulations and potential liability risks, with the principle that we do not retain data longer than necessary.
For potential candidates, candidates (if you have not worked for TEAM EFFECT S.R.L), this means that your mediation data (CV, professional experience, education, test results, etc.) is available for up to two years after the last contact, if you have not worked for TEAM EFFECT S.R.L.
For flexible schedule employees and internal employees (if you have worked or currently work for TEAM EFFECT S.R.L), your personal data is available for two years after the termination of your employment. Certain personal data will remain available for TEAM EFFECT S.R.L if necessary for damage claims, audits, and tax obligations.
If you no longer wish to use our employment mediation services, you can communicate this to your contact person at TEAM EFFECT S.R.L or unsubscribe by sending an email to sales@goodoperarios.ro. Your account will be deleted, and you will no longer be approached or mediated by TEAM EFFECT S.R.L. When you register, your personal data remains available for three calendar months in a secure environment (for Recruitment & Selection, the period is 24 months), in case of potential liability risks. In the case of flexible schedule employees and internal employees, your personal data is archived for two years in a secure environment.
In the secure environment, your data is only available to TEAM EFFECT S.R.L under strict conditions, in line with the intended purposes and terms. After the respective retention periods expire, your data will be permanently deleted.
If beneficiaries have an account on the customer portal, personal data related to this account is available for up to two years after the last post.
