2. Data we collect
Data you provide via our forms: name, phone, email, travel document type, preferred job category, CV (optional), experience, messages. We also collect minimal technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.
3. Purposes
• Processing your application and matching you with partner employers. • Communication (phone, email, WhatsApp) about job offers. • Meeting legal obligations (contracts, records, tax). • Improving the site and preventing abuse.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest to reply and offer jobs (art. 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
5. Recipients
Data may be shared, strictly for the application purpose, with: partner employers in the Netherlands and EU, our service providers (hosting, email, CRM, communications) — all bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your data. No transfers outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
6. Retention
Candidate data is kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. Data required by law (contracts, invoices) is kept for the statutory periods.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access, backups, monitoring. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one on this page, with the last-updated date above.
